Personal office service: What really counts
In our office we have a real estate secretary/receptionist/administrative
assistant that is worth her weight in gold (although she's not that heavy).
Buyers and sellers, agents, mortgage people, etc. appreciate getting to talk to
a person that knows the ins and outs of ongoing transactions. When you get
tired of talking to voice mails, pushing endless directory numbers, not getting
